Job Title Civil Field Operations Manager
Reporting to Operations Manager
Direct reports Civil Supervisors and Works Managers
Department size 75 100 (riggers, foreman, supervisors, field engineers)
Responsibilities :
Leadership of all field civil work, including tower erection, civil foundations and associated site works and specialist inspection and consultancy works.
Field safety and quality
Management of construction operations department, including staff management, staff development and training, resource planning, working to budgets and reporting
Provision of leadership and specialist construction / tower erection instruction
Expertise / knowledge
Specialist in steel tower and monopole erection, ideally for telecommunications or defence industries 10 years plus
Experience of erection, dismantling and inspection of all types of self-supporting towers and guyed masts, together with all cabling, antennas, lighting and accessories
Experience of telecommunications industry 5 years
Team and department management 5 years plus
Experience of working with multi-national teams
English speaking
Additional, optional, advantageous
Civil Engineering degree
Saudi / Mid East experience
Terms standard ABL Expat
Basic salary approx sr25,000 per month - negotiable
